Collection, processing and use of personal data
You can visit our site without providing any personal information. Personal data is only collected if you voluntarily provide it to us when registering for our newsletter. Your data will only be transmitted to our servers in encrypted form. Please note that some of our web servers are located in other EU countries and not in Austria. We do not pass on the data you provide to other companies.

Data that is collected from our contact forms is not stored by the web server and is only forwarded to us in the form of a "simple" e-mail. This data will only be used by us for the purpose of establishing contact and will not be passed on to other companies.

Newsletter tracking
Our newsletter contains so-called tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a miniature graphic that is embedded in e-mails that are sent in HTML format to enable log file recording and log file analysis. This allows a statistical evaluation of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns to be carried out. Based on the embedded tracking pixel, we can see if and when an e-mail was opened by a data subject, and which links in the e-mail were called up by data subjects.

Such personal data collected via the tracking pixels contained in the newsletters are stored and evaluated by the person responsible for processing in order to optimize the newsletter dispatch and to adapt the content of future newsletters even better to the interests of the person concerned. This personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Affected persons are entitled to revoke the declaration of consent given at any time. After a revocation, this personal data will be deleted by the person responsible for processing. We automatically interpret a withdrawal from the receipt of the newsletter as a revocation.

right of providing information
You have the right to free information (by e-mail) about your personal and stored data and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion, as well as revocation of consent given.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; we would like to point out to you however that in this case you will if applicable not be able to use all functions of this website in full. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by clicking on the following link (http:// tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de) and install the available browser plugin.

You can find more information on the terms of use and data protection at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/. We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been expanded to include the code "anonymizeIp" in order to ensure that IP addresses are recorded anonymously (so-called IP masking).

Google Maps
Google Maps (API) from Google Inc. (“Google”) is used on our website. Google Maps is a web service for displaying interactive (land) maps to visually display geographic information. As soon as you call up the sub-pages in which the Google Maps map is integrated, information about the use of the website (e.g. the IP address of the user) is transmitted to Google's servers in the USA and stored there.

Google may transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law or where third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate the user's IP address with other Google data. Nevertheless, it would be technically possible for Google to use the user data obtained through the use of Google Maps to identify users, create personality profiles of users from them or process and use them for third-party purposes, over which we have and cannot have any influence.

Google's terms of use can be viewed at http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html.

The additional terms of use for Google Maps can be viewed at https://www.google.com/intl/de_US/help/terms_maps.html.

Detailed information on data protection in connection with the use of Google Maps can be found on the Google website ("Google Privacy Policy"): http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/

If the user does not agree to the future transmission of his data to Google when using Google Maps, the user has the option of completely deactivating the Google Maps web service by switching off the JavaScript application in his browser. Google Maps and thus also the map display on our website cannot then be used.

Google Fonts
External fonts, Google Fonts, are used on this website. Google Fonts is a service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). These web fonts are integrated by calling a server, usually a Google server in the USA. This transmits to the server which of our Internet pages you have visited. The IP address of the browser of the end device of the visitor to this website is also stored by Google. For more information, see Google's privacy policy, which you can access here:

YouTube
The person responsible for processing has integrated components from YouTube on this website. YouTube is an Internet video portal that allows video publishers to post video clips free of charge and other users to view, rate and comment on them free of charge. YouTube allows the publication of all types of videos, which is why both complete film and television programs as well as music videos, trailers or videos made by users themselves can be accessed via the Internet portal.

The operating company of YouTube is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

Each time one of the individual pages of this website is called up, which is operated by the person responsible for processing and on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) has been integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the person concerned is automatically activated by the respective YouTube component caused to download a representation of the relevant YouTube component from YouTube. Further information about YouTube can be found at https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/de/. As part of this technical process, YouTube and Google are informed which specific subpage of our website is visited by the person concerned.

If the person concerned is logged in to YouTube at the same time, YouTube recognizes which specific subpage of our website the person concerned is visiting by calling up a subpage that contains a YouTube video. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and assigned to the respective YouTube account of the data subject.

YouTube and Google always receive information via the YouTube component that the person concerned has visited our website if the person concerned is logged in to YouTube at the same time as accessing our website; this takes place regardless of whether the data subject clicks on a YouTube video or not. If the data subject does not want this information to be transmitted to YouTube and Google, they can prevent the transmission by logging out of their YouTube account before accessing our website.

The data protection regulations published by YouTube, which can be accessed at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/, provide information about the collection, processing and use of personal data by YouTube and Google.

Data transmission and logging for internal system and statistical purposes
For technical reasons, the user's Internet browser automatically transmits data to the web server when accessing this website. It is not possible to assign this data to a specific person. The stored data is only evaluated internally and exclusively for statistical purposes.

Security through technical and organizational measures
